Commissions are for personal use only. Artworks purchased may be used for profile pictures and banners, but not for profit. Please contact me via email (dusk.illustrates@gmail.com) to discuss commercial licensing fees.

I own all rights to my artwork. Putting any of my work, commissioned or otherwise, into an AI generator is strictly prohibited.

I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio and on my website.

My listed price are base price. This may be subject to change depending on the complexity of the piece requested. There will be no surprise extra fees.

Payment is taken in full after the sketch has been approved by the client. That being said, I am content to make significant changes to the piece up until I have finished my line art for no additional fee. After I have finished my line art and started colouring, I require a small fee for any large or drastic changes.

Once I have received payment, and the piece is complete, I will send you an invoice for your records.

I will send you progress pictures at every stage— initial pose, sketch, line work, flat colours, rendering, and I am happy to supply additional progress pictures at your request within reason.

I am in GMT, so please consider that when contacting me. I will reply as soon as I am able.

Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most two (2) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. This being said, my commission turn around time is usually 2-3 weeks.

Reposting your commissions and sharing the work on other platforms is okay— I just ask that you credit @duskillustrates.

Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat colour if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me or the circumstances are extenuating.

Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.

Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered, unless otherwise agreed upon.

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
